• Customer/Seller is responsible for costs associated with shipping.
• Customer/Seller is responsible for ensuring package is delivered safely. The Great American Coin Company is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
• Item will be inspected by The Great American Coin Group LLC.
• Please be advised that all packages are opened and products are inspected under video surveillance.
• Upon successful inspection, and providing the product is received within the stated time frame and condition, the Great American Coin Group LLC will provide payment within 7 business days by either PayPal (PayPal charges customer fee), check (free) or wire transfer (there is a $40 fee for wire transfers).
• Please be advised that payments sent totaling over $1,000 require the customer’s social security number (SSN), or Business EIN, Full Name, current or most recent occupation, permanent address, and photo of State Issued Drivers’ License or Passport.
• If customer choose payment via check, the following shipping options apply USPS First Class (Free), Priority Mail ($10.30 Fee), Express Mail ($27.30 Fee).
• Upon receipt if product is deemed to be "Not As Described" the Great American Coin Group LLC reserves the right to cancel the transaction and will send the product back at customer expense.
• The Great American Coin Group LLC reserves the right to cancel any transaction.
